Hi there!
i am using v 1.3 with youtubehax on a n3ds and i have to say im really happy with this emulator!!!!! most of the games i want to play run smooth. my question is: is this emulator still in development? |

Hi people, new member here.
I made a Chrono Trigger themed custom border with one of Akira Toriyama's original drawings, as I really love his artwork. I think it looks pretty cool on my regular New 3DS (might suck on a 3DS XL, though), so I wanted to share. P.S. Alright, so I tried to play Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together on my O3DS, using he translation patch. With software render, the game runs at a smooth 60FPS. However, when the first battle starts and you press X to bring up the menu, the game freezes, with a repeating sound fragment, and so does the 3DS< forcing a hard reboot.
Same problem with hardware render mode. I forgot what the message was, but once it showed some text like EXT PPU on the bottom screen, which might be helpful in locating the problem

This emulator is fantastic, most games work perfectly or with minor glitches.
The only thing I could really ask more is a save/load state, since many games in SNES era still use passwords, there are games with no saves at all and since 3DS is a portable, having a way to save your progress any time would be really great. |

Posted by terriermon I wouldn't be too worried about them, but I'd at least update to 1.2 because it does fix a few bugs. 1.3 breaks ALttP though. |

Sad face.
The one game I wanted to play on here was Chrono Trigger Crimson Echos, but after the message at the beginning, the screen goes black and a ton of SPC IO MIRROR READ and Open bus messages come up. And then some music that isn't supposed to play at that part plays. I'm using IRONHAX. Which apparently isn't supposed to have sound, but it does! |

I really want to love this emulator but not being about to close the screen is killing it for me. Are there any other Snes emulators for the 3ds to test? |

Posted by emett I believe this has nothing to do with BlargSnes, the issue is probably related to the Homebrew Channel (I suppose you are running it through Tubehax or Ironhax). After you launch the HB channel or BlargSnes, press the homebutton once, then you'll be able to close the console without any problem. |

Hey great emulator!
It worked great the first time I used it but after that, every time I try to start it, it crashes my entire system (O3DS with GW). I used the .cia version, and also tried to re-install it, but it still crashes. any advises? |

i have an other problem
i have 1.3 and cant load a save file. i have the eu version and http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/BlargSnes_Compatibility_List at this link the problem is only shown in the us version so i load the 1.2 version and also the pegasus dash enemy teleport bug is there. but i thought it should only happen in the us version and in the desert temple the game crashed after i tried to use the pegasus boots. it seems the boots are dangerous xD |

a third problem i get an error code that i cant connect to the internet when i start tubehax, 2 days ago it worked fine with the same settings

Posted by terriermon I believe because the server that tubeHax refers to (since you changed the DNS) is not up. That's where the code is downloaded from to initiate the process. |

is there a way to play the homebrew without internet conection and dns settings (for the situation the server will be offline again)

Posted by terriermon Outside of Ironhax, there's only ninjHax, which requires a copy of Cubic Ninja. From what I understand, Gateway and other cards like it won't work. |

Posted by terriermon Not to the best of my knowledge. It's been pulled from the eShop by Nintendo because of damage control on their part. You're basically out of luck if you didn't get it. |

If you have downloaded Ironfall in the past before the removal, you can re-download it at the Redownloadable Software in the Settings/Other option on the eShop, even with it being taken down. Just thought I'd say this. |
