I can't stay logged in on the Wii and 3DS (DSi idk, not tested), not so sure about N3DS and Wii U....

I am able to register and that's it, posting..... well.... you read the proof

(but as an user! (temporarily)

I'm more active on a 3DS than on a PC lol

Then there's an issue with those consoles and their crapo browsers, I guess.

People on PCs don't seem to have issues logging in.
